TESL Canada Journal
Description:

The TESL Canada Journal is a refereed journal for practicing teachers, teacher educators, graduate students, and researchers. TESL Canada Journal invites the submission of unpublished manuscripts about the learning and teaching of official languages; second language teacher education; and the maintenance and development of minority, heritage, or Aboriginal languages. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

TESL EJ: The Electronic Journal for English as a Second Language
Description:

TESL-EJ began as the brainchild of a group of scholars who saw the need for a freely-distributed electronic academic journal. It has grown to become an internationally-recognized source of ESL and EFL information for people in scores of countries. Our first issue was published in the spring of 1994. Since then, we have published a wide array of articles and reviews, linking authors and readers on an international scale. TESL-EJ is fully refereed – each article undergoes a review by at least two knowledgeable scholars.

TESOL Quarterly

The Quarterly encourages submission of previously unpublished articles on topics of significance to individuals concerned with English language teaching and learning and standard English as a second dialect. As a publication that represents a variety of cross-disciplinary interests, both theoretical and practical. The Quarterly invites manuscripts on a wide range of topics.

The Education Research Global Observatory
Description:

ERGO is a project on the National Education Policy Center at the University of Colorado, Boulder. As a signatory to the Budapest Open Access Initiative, the ERGO is dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of open access ("free to read") scholarship in education.
