ELTA Albania (English Language Teachers Association)
Description:

Fostering collaboration and cooperation among teachers of the country and of the region and also providing teachers with opportunities for growth; the professional development of teachers will in turn raise educational standards and improve student performance in schools. ELTA has been active throughout Albania and has established links with counterparts in neighboring countries.

ELTA brings together primary and secondary English teachers, teachers working in higher education, language schools, students of English, all language professionals and professionals-to-be interested in ensuring excellence in English language teaching. ELTAM (English Language Teachers’ Association of Macedonia)
Description:

ELTAM is the national English Language Teachers' Association of the Republic of Macedonia. It is an associate member of IATEFL UK and TESOL USA. ELTAM provides a forum which unites ELT professionals from across the Republic of Macedonia engaged in teaching, studying and conveying research on both the English language and literature, in a methodological context.

ELTAM is the first and only professional non-governmental, non-profit organization that has been working on development of an EL teachers’ network in the country to facilitate coordination and collaboration between EL programs and advocate for EL teachers’ interests at different levels. ETAG (English Teachers Association of Georgia)
Description:

ETAG is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. Its members can be school and university teachers of English as well as people of other professions who wish to learn more about ELT in general. ETAG also welcomes all those foreign citizens who are willing to be ETAG members. ETAG’s mission is to raise the level of English teaching through providing opportunities for effective teacher development and helping members to network and share experience with colleagues both within Georgia and outside it.

ETAI (English Teachers’ Association of Israel)
Description:

ETAI was founded in 1979 as a grass-roots non-profit teachers’ association run on a voluntary basis, by teachers for teachers. Its aim is to provide professional support, advice, teaching ideas and background knowledge to teachers of English in Israel. It complements, but does not compete with, similar services provided by the Inspectorate and the Ministry of Education.
